I am so excited to share this post with you guys today!!! This post is Powered by Brandbacker. It is so so good and simple. The best part of this post is the star of this recipe is Parmigiano Reggiano from Parmesan.com! I have teamed up with Parmigiano Reggiano to share this amazing cheese to use in my fav Parmesan garlic fries. yuuuuuum. Let’s get started.
- 3 russet potatoes
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 spoonfuls minced garlic or 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup parsley
- Salt & pepper taste
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
Ok first thing you’re going to want to do is peel and wash your potatoes. Once’s that’s complete cut those into even sized fries!
Next you will put those fries into a gallon bag and toss in your olive oil and salt & pepper and give those a good shake! Once everything is mixed prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper (fries won’t stick to parchment) and lay a single layer of fries on each sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 min or until fries are nice and golden! You’ll want to flip the fries halfway through 😊
While your fries are baking take this time to shred your Parmigiano Reggiano, cut your parsley and melt the butter and garlic together in a small sauce pan!
How good do these look?! Get a large mixing bowl and add the hot fries, parsley, garlic butter mixture and of course the Parmigiano Reggiano!!! Give that a good toss and you’re ready to eat immediately!
Such a delicious and cheesy recipe! I hope you all loved it! Make sure to try Parmigiano Reggiano if you’re as obsessed as I am!
